PE Pipes for Water Supply
PE water supply pipes are thermoplastic pipes manufactured through extrusion molding, using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the primary raw material. They feature a smooth inner wall that remains unchanged over time, resulting in low friction and improved energy efficiency. Compared to steel pipes, they reduce pressure loss by approximately 30%, making them highly efficient in fluid transport systems.
These pipes offer outstanding hygienic performance. They contain no additives, ensuring there is no risk of secondary contamination to drinking water. According to ISO standards, polyethylene is rated as level 0-the lowest level of health risk. It is resistant to mold and bacteria, outperforming many commonly used plastic materials. Even after long-term use, PE pipes do not scale, maintaining excellent water quality throughout their service life.
